Hi my name is Robert Huerbsch and I began my photography journey the hard way starting with the technically challenging genre of deep space astro photography. You can see some of those images of galaxies, nebulas and star clusters below. After too much lack of sleep doing astro, I gravitated towards portraiture and the thrill of event photography.  While I still love capturing photos of the stars on a clear dark night, my focus now is on capturing meaningful and timeless photographic work for my clients. I currently shoot using Canon's R6 full frame mirrorless camera and mostly use prime lenses, such as the 35L ƒ1.4, famous 85L ƒ1.2 and 135 ƒ2.0 All photos are color corrected, edited and optimized for either social media sharing or printing on formats such as fine art paper, photo paper, acrylic, canvas or metal. Currently available for professional headshots, senior photos, engagements, weddings, and corporate events.
